Description

This bold graphic print depicts the official flag of Maryland, one of the most distinctive and heraldic state flags in the United States. The flag is divided into four quadrants: two feature the black-and-gold diagonal checkerboard (lozengy) pattern derived from the Calvert family coat of arms, while the other two display the red-and-white cross bottony from the Crossland family arms.
