Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum. We build the cost of shipping into our product prices, so the price you see is the total you pay — there are no separate shipping or handling charges at checkout.
Made to order in the USA
Every piece is manufactured in the USA, printed and finished to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order goes into production shortly after it's placed, which is how we keep museum-quality materials affordable across thousands of designs.
Production & delivery estimates
Because each order is made fresh, it ships out within 5–7 business days, then travels by ground via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS — typically a few more days depending on your distance. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as transit can be affected by weather, carrier delays and peak periods.
Shipping area
We ship throughout the continental United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm options and timing.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package to your door. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll resend it.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email info@nice-supply.com within 7 days of the delivery date (with photos if there's damage) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
