Description

This vibrant woodblock print depicts a procession of pilgrims ascending the rugged, rust-red slopes of Mount Fuji, Japan's iconic and sacred volcano standing 3,776 meters tall. The climbers, dressed in traditional white pilgrim robes and wide straw hats, navigate steep volcanic terrain as wisps of cloud drift across the mountainside, with a serene blue-and-white sky opening over the distant horizon.
