Description
Two Canada Warblers — one perched above, one below — are depicted amid lush rhododendron branches bearing pale pink blossoms and dark green leaves, rendered with the meticulous botanical and ornithological detail characteristic of Audubon's celebrated 'Birds of America' series. The composition exudes quiet naturalism, with soft, muted tones of olive, yellow, and blush set against a warm cream background. This plate was originally published as part of Audubon's landmark 'Birds of America' (1827–1838), a monumental work documenting North American bird species that remains one of the most prized natural-history publications ever produced.
